Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

Lemiena London takes great pride in the design and craftsmanship of all its products. We seek to use only the finest materials available and work with the highest manufacturing standards. We strive to make sure every item we sell is perfect.

If you are not happy with your purchase please inform us by email to we will then issue you with a returns code and await the return of the item. Please then send the item unworn / unused and carefully packaged by special delivery to:

Please retain the proof of postage as we can only accept trackable returns or exchanges.

You will receive an email once the returned / exchange item has been received and process the exchange / refund as soon as possible subject to all terms and conditions being met.

Q. What is your return policy?

Full price items

Lemiena London wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you aren’t then you have 14 days after purchase to return your full price item (s) for a full refund or exchange to be processed.

All items must be returned unworn / unused with swing tags and all washing instructions intact.

Reduced items

If you are unhappy with the purchase of a reduced item then it must be returned within 14 days to allow us to process the credit note. All items must be returned unused / unworn with swing tags and washing instructions intact.

Discounts & Promotions

If you are returning goods that you bought using a discount or promotional offer, we will issue a credit note to the amount paid for the goods.  All items must be returned unused / unworn and have their swing tags and washing instructions intact.

The value of your goods will be refunded in full excluding your original postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs other than for damaged, faulty or incorrect goods. If this is the case, please contact us before returning items.

Q. What’s the best way to send my returned goods back?

We recommend sending any returns / exchanges to us by special delivery and that you retain the proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to reach us. Please check with the post office that your parcel is adequately insured against loss or damage.

If you are returning an item from overseas, please ensure that the postage is paid in full and the postal docket is ticked as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid an import duty levy from HM Customs & Revenue for which we will not be liable

Q. What happens if my goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect?

If you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect items please contact us on explaining the issue in full; where possible please include any photography. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We will be happy to send an exchange within 14 days of the date of dispatch.

Q. What happens if I do not like the items?

Firstly email to advise us that the item is not what you wanted. You then have 14 days to return the item to us unused/unworn with all swing tags and washing instructions intact. Depending on your preference we will either provide a full refund or exchange.

Q. Do I have to pay for postage if I want to return or exchange an item?

Yes, you will have to pay for return postage unless you have received an item which is damaged, faulty or incorrect. If you are returning a damaged, faulty or incorrect item then the cost of sending the item back (via special delivery) will be refunded on receipt of the item or exchanged with no additional postage charge.

Q. What if I want to exchange my item for something cheaper or more expensive?

We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.
